If for any reason you are not satisfied with the condition of your purchase, we will do everything in our power to resolve the situation in a timely and positive manner.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled up until they are in shipping and a shipping label has been printed or have shipped. Once your order is in shipping or has shipped and/or a label has been created, the cancellation will not be accepted.
Please note we will deduct 5% from the refund amount.
This is because PayPal and other payment providers take a 5% commission charge for the transaction of your purchase.
RETURN POLICIES
FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
All of our items are sold new-in-box unless stated, "used". As such, we guarantee that your merchandise will arrive in brand-new (unless stated, "used"), working condition. If damage should occur during shipping, or that a product should arrive with defects from the manufacturer, we will refund at no cost to you.
For defective items, if the item is found to be faulty, please send us a message within 30 days of receipt of the package and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of return shipping (or we will ask you to ship back the item to us and we will pay you the shipping fee). All defective items will be inspected upon arrival. If the merchandise is found to be defective as stated, then a replacement order will be placed at no cost to you (or a full amount will be refunded to you). If the item is found to be without defect, it will be returned to you at your expense.
For items damaged in shipping, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the package (to fulfill your claim, we must file a damage claim with the carrier within the first 5 days or they will refuse it). If you are present at the time of delivery and the box or packaging appears damaged, please inspect the actual item for damage before accepting it (the carrier will wait for you and allow you to inspect the item itself). If you received or refused a damaged item, please send us a message.
FOR NON-DEFECTIVE AND UNDAMAGED ITEMS
Please understand we do not accept such returns for overseas purchases (outside of Japan).
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
1)For all returns, you must send us a message before shipping back to us.
2) All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. DO NOT deface original cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if the packaging is not in its original condition.
3) Insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.
NON-QUALIFYING RETURNS
We may refuse a return request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles us to a corresponding counterclaim.
Items that are returned to us without meeting the return requirements above will be rejected. We will contact you with a detailed reason for the rejection and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE
All of the orders are charged in Japanese Yen, therefore the amount of the refund you receive in your currency may be different from what you paid at purchasing due to the currency exchange rates.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
