Shipping
All products will be shipped from Japan.

All the prices are not including the shipping charge. You can check and choose the shipping options as well as the fees when you add a product(s) to the cart. Shipping fee will be calculated automatically based on the products' weight and size.  

Handling time

We will ship your ordered item(s) within 10 days after receiving your payment unless the item you order is an order-made product or stocked at a different warehouse. 

 

Import duties, taxes and other fees

Import duties, taxes, and other fees are NOT included in the price of the item or overall shipping costs. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. If any case, you reject your ordered item because of this matter and the item is returned to us, we will charge you for the shipping fee for the round trip. 

Please check with your country's Customs Department to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company upon delivery or when you pick up the item- do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

For the customers in Italy and Brazil, please let us know the information below in order for us to fill in the shipping documents.

Shipping address

If the shipping information provided to us is incorrect and the package is returned to us by the carrier, we will charge you for any additional shipping costs plus the return fee charged by the carrier.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged deliveries if you choose the delivery service with no tracking /no (or limited) insurance.
